If you have missed recently launched medium and low end phones market, here we present to you our review aboutLG’s latest Dual SIM launch – LG C199 Mobile. With the launch, the renowned mobile maker has proved that it is not being indifferent to the mass market of low budget phones in India.

Appearance

LG C199 Mobile is a bar designed mobile which is targeted to the lower market and that is the reason not much of high end features are included in this budget phone.

The phone is a QWERTY keypad construction which comes with well-structured and distinctive keys for offering improved typing. The construction is 12.5mm thick and falls under sub 100g weight category which makes it perfectly suitable for pockets.

The phone is a Dual SIM construction which features 2.3 inch TFT Screen supporting 256k colors. The screen supports the display resolution of 240 x 320 pixels which offers vibrant and colorful display of the content on screen.

LG C199 Mobile comes with dedicated red LED indicator on the front side just next to the speaker which works as the indicator for any incoming message; something which can never make you slips any important alert on your mobile.

Features

The new LG mobile is incorporated with decent capacity for storing up to 1000 contact entries and also allows photo calling through VGA quality pictures.

The new LG phone comes with two Active SIM cards in a single handset. The phone offers dual SIM standby for both the network operators and allows flexibility to the users for keeping their professional and personal number activated in a single device.

The phone is packed with 2 Megapixel which can let you capture decent image quality of 1600 x 1200 pixels resolution. The rear camera comes with geo- tagging feature which lets you label your captured images based on different locations.

Although you can record video footage through rear camera up to 15 fps but there’s no secondary camera included in the phone. There’s no 3G network connectivity included so as to enable video calling from the front camera.

Moving on to multimedia section, the phone is bestowed with FM Radio with RDS which lets you listen to latest music or tune in to your different radio channel to listen your favorite RJ.

There’s a 3.5mm audio jack incorporated in the phone which lets you listen to music player and video player and also allows loudspeaker functioning.

And for those who are worried about the battery life, the phone comes with 950mAh ultra long battery which can give up to a month of standby time and allows approx. 8 hours of talk time.
