All you want to know about Android v4.1 Jelly Bean

Jelly Bean is built on the platform which was followed during Google Android 4.0 ICS and has been incorporated with loads of new attractive features.

Project Butter
To start with the first interactive feature is ‘Project Butter’. No, Project butter has nothing to do with dairy products but you can call it a fetish of Google for naming their OS and related stuff with the name of eatables. Google has included this for giving smoothest possible interface experience on screen.
This new generation OS will be able to work at 60 frames per second rate, allowing Vsync of 16 million second for allowing this speed. With Jelly Bean, you will definitely give up buffering  jerks, get speedier framing & syncing, smoother operation just like a butter and unique touch prediction on screen.

Keyboard & Accessibility
Another update is the inclusion of SwiftKey and Swype which brings intelligence to your input operations – more accurate, relevant and improved words guessing during typing.
For more accurate predictions, you can make use of SwiftKey which works as if its reading your mind. It’s like a natural language Technology which knows how words work together and what their meaning when they are clubbed together; What is followed by that is a magical prediction of what you want to type, by the system itself.
The OS has also included new API’s as accessibility feature that allows smoother functioning on screen using thenavigation buttons available on screen. All you can do is make use of your gestures, input methods and accessories for managing icons.

Notifications –Expandable and Quicker
Be it your brand new Galaxy Nexus or Nexus 7 tablet, integrated with new OS, you can see reasonably quicker notifications on the pull down menu. The newest feature here you can include shortcuts of the apps including notification for important mail coming, or any important event from your calendar or a reminder for calling someone at a particular time.
The applications can now be expanded in the much larger form with just a pinch on screen. Notifications can be configured priority wise and could also be assigned with multiple actions.

Voice Typing
If so far offline voice dictation has been awkward for you, then its time to say another thanks to Google, who has included Offline voice typing in the new OS.
If you are at no network or poor signal zone and you are striving to do voice-to-text tasks, then you can make use of the Offline Voice typing feature in Jelly Bean. Talk to your phone and let your device complete your texting task in no time.

Google Now
If so far you have got impressed with all the features, get ready to fall in love with the new Google OS. The new feature called Google Now will act as your assistant who will support your search queries and your choices.
Google Now will make use of your search history, calendar or location for assisting in your meetings, searching locations, updates on your choice of restaurants, movies etc. and much more.
