For all those who have been looking for entry level LTE enabled phone, finally their wait is over. The Chinese telecommunications firm Huawei has recently launched Huawei Activa 4G Mobile which is a complete smartphonepackage in affordable price range.

Design

Huawei Activa 4G mobile is a basic bar designed phone with full touch based controls. On the side of the phone, one can find a metal strip fixed on the edges. At the back panel, the phone is given textured touch and exactly at the center is Huawei logo with big 4G embellished exactly below that.

On the front panel, the phone is incorporated with four capacitive touch buttons at the bottom of the screen. These four buttons allows basic functions of Home, Back, options and searches to the user in just one touch.

The phone features 3.5 inch TFT Capacitive touchscreen which is smooth and easy to operate. The display of the phone supports 256k colors and comes with 320 x 480 pixels screen resolution which gives the vibrant display of your games and video on screen.

Operating System

The new entry level 4G LTE phone from Huawei is an android smartphone which runs on Android V2.3.6 Gingerbread. There’s no such news on ICS update yet.

Hardware & Memory

Huawei Activa 4G Mobile is packed with Cortex A5 processor which clocks at 800MHz; something which is offered by other phones in this category as well. The 512MB RAM and Qualcomm MSM7627T chipset makes sure that your computing operations are smoother and faster.

The phone is packed with 150MB internal memory which might make you fall short of space when it comes to storing numerous good quality images or videos. For that, in the package you will find 4GB memory card included in the package.

For further expansion, you can bung in the external memory card in the slot incorporated in the phone to make expansion up to 32GB.

Multimedia

Huawei Activa 4G Mobile is incorporated with 5 Megapixel camera which can give you sharp and crisp images even in the dim light situations. All thanks to the Autofocus and LED flash included in the camera.

The camera can let you capture 2592 x 1944 pixels image quality and also allows decent quality video capturing. There’s a secondary snapper also instilled on the front for enabling video calling using 3G network.

Moving on to the audio video compatibility, the phone allows audio playback of MP3, WAV and eAAC+ audio formats while allows Video playback of MP4, H.263, H.264 and WMV video formats. Just plug in the headphone in its 3.5mm audio jack and enjoy your favorite tunes and videos.

Connectivity

The phone offers 4G LTE network connectivity on MetroPCS but don’t expect it to be faster that what Verizon or AT&Toffers; it is surely going to offer much higher speed than what normal 3G data network offers.
