Motorola Defy Pro Review

With Motorola Defy Pro, mobile maker Motorola has claimed to launch something ‘tough yet classy’. When it comes to handset releases, you can’t avoid considering Motorola. With its new touch and type form factor and QWERTY keypad phone Motorola Defy Pro, the company has targeted mobile segment that prefer typing phone than touch screen.

Design

Motorola Defy Pro looks a strong build but designed in a typical QWERTY style. Major highlight of the phone is its keyboard which comes with well-spaced keys which ease your typing maneuvers and a big center key for browsing through the menu comfortably.

The phone is a dust proof and water resistant construction which sports 2.7 inch TFT Touchscreen. The screen is secured with Corning Gorilla Glass which gives you additional safety and protects the phone from any scratches or smudges.

Operating System

The new Motorola QWERTY phone is clearly designed for a business user as it resembles Blackberry in the first look. The only difference remains the inclusion of Android OS which lets you access thousands of applications from Android market.

Memory

Motorola Defy Pro mobile is packed with 2GB internal memory which lets you score your favorite songs playlist and keep your memorable images saved in the phone. And at any point of time you feel short of storage space, you can bung in external memory card and increase the space up to 2GB.

Camera

The new android smartphone Motorola Defy Pro is packed with 5 Megapixel camera which is accompanied with Autofocus. Expect some good image output of 2592 x 1944 pixels with its LED flash which lets you click decent images in low light situations.

The Camera can also boast video recording and for video conferencing through your phone, you can use secondary camera instilled on the front of the phone.

Connectivity

Motorola Defy Pro enables ease of internet connectivity with Wireless interfaces including Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Wi-Fi Hotspot. The phone also allows GPRS and EDGE connectivity at comparatively slower speed. You can also connect to 3G Network at HSUPA and HSDPA speed.
