Huawei MyTouch Q Mobile is the new android smartphone in the queue to be launched under T-Mobile range of phone. Huawei T-Mobiles couldn’t have confused you more with its similar models, as the company has rebooted two similar looking new handsets MyTouch and MyTouch Q.



Design

The new Huawei MyTouch Q Mobile is a consumer smartphone designed with for both touch and Type maneuvers. The phone is a slide construction which tweaks to open with landslide-out QWERTY keypad. Overall the phone appears an attractive prototype.

The QWERTY keypad is the current trend for the message maniac youngsters so the phone is expected to be a hit amongst them. The keypad is assembling of well-spaced keys which provide ease of texting and mailing. The keys are also different than a typical QWERTY keyboard with numeric designated to the first row.

The phone supports 4.0 inch WVGA screen which comes with 480 x 800 pixels resolution and gives decent content display. The phone comes with SWYPE function for allowing ease of texting using touch screen.

Other USP of the phone is its touch and type operations. Those who aren’t familiar with touch operations, they can use QWERTY keypad.



Performance

The new android smartphone is packed with single core 1.4GHz Processor which will ensure smoother multitasking and faster processing. The phone runs on Android v2.3 Gingerbread which lets you access thousands of applications from Android market.

Moving on to the software, the new Mytouch Q mobile is equipped with ‘My touch’ User Interface which was earlier called ‘Expresso.’ The UI features enhanced Genius Buon 4.0, presently called capacitive, tweaked application drawer and highly easy setup.



Camera

Huawei MyTouch Q Mobile is expected to be an affordable smartphone and that it is quite amazing to know that the phone is fitted with good quality camera. The phone is instilled with 5 Megapixel camera which comes with LED flash and Autofocus.

The phone is also instilled with front facing camera which lets you do video chatting using T-Mobile’s 4G network. You can also record HD quality video footage using its rear camera.

The UI is also optimized with camera which allows you to quickly access the main features including the flash, selecting camcorder option or shifting between the two cameras.
