Look like Porsche Design Blackberry weren’t enough to satisfy the desires of those looking for an overpricedsmartphone, the auto maker Tonino Lamborghini is here presenting an exorbitant range of devices for Russiansegment of consumers.

According to the Russian site ‘Mail’, the company which is strictly an auto-maker, is ready to present Russia withtwo gold-plated feature phones, an Android smartphone and a tablet. The devices are going to be available fromAugust in Russia.

Gaining Inspiration from its previous attempts of designing and engineering in its non-auto products including Designer chess set, Raging Bull smokes and Cigar cutters and lighters,   Lamborghini has finally made its entry in phone foray.

On Brand’s 30^th anniversary in the fashion line, Tonino Lamborghini hopped in with Diamond cell phone and this time it’s the launch of three luxury phones and an Android tablet.

The phones TL688 and TL820 Mobiles are two basic featured phones which will come with reasonably similar feature and there’s TL700 with Android Operating System. The TL700 smartphone comes with metal body andcrocodile structure with a display measuring 3.7 inch.

The 800 x 480 display is carved out of sapphire glass; something which explains why Lamborghini is asking approx. Rs.1.5Lacs (90,000 rubbles) for a device which runs on unspecified Qualcomm processor. The phone isstuck at Android V2.3 – the most dominant yet most desirable OS from Google and comes with Android V4.0update promise.

Apart from that, the phone is going to be incorporated with 5 MP camera; no other details have been provided by the company. The other two phones TL688 Spyder and TL820 Spyder 2 sports 2 and 2.4 inch displays respectively.

Incorporated with 3 MP snapper and boarded with 4GB (expandable) internal memory, TL688 phone lets you store all your multimedia files in the phone. On the other hand, TL820 phone will feature 1GB expandable memory and is integrated with 5 Megapixel camera. All what makes them pricey and differentiated is their handmade Gold plated and leather finish.

With TL688 phone you can do video recording and can also avail GPRS/EDGE connectivity. The TL820 phonesallows internal expansion of up to 16GB, incorporates a VGA camera and a 1200mAh battery.

The Lamborghini tablet L2800 is also a blend of mid-range specs and high price tag. The tablet features 9.7 inch display supporting 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. The phone runs on 1.2GHz processor and is going to be shipped with 512MB RAM and 4GB expandable on-board memory; for all this you’ll going to pay Rs.1.2 Lacs (75,000 rubles).
