Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 Tablet

Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 Tablet Review

Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 Tablet is the smallest of all three tablets that Toshiba lately launched in the tablets market. Toshiba Excite 7.7 Tablet is quite similar to its namesake which may excite your senses with its spectacular and interactive features.
Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 Tablet sports 7.7 inch display with AMOLED Capacitive touchscreen which supports 1280 x 800 pixels resolution to provide you with sharp and clear display. If you think that it is the lower end tablet from all the three launches and might be lower on performance too, then you are totally wrong. Toshiba has not downgraded its tablet in terms of specifications and has also fixed up superior performance based specifications in this tablet. Excite 7.7 runs on 1.5 GHz Quad-core processor which along with 1GB RAM assures you speedy and smoother tasking. The tablet is powered by Google Android latest version OS – Ice Cream Sandwich which can make you download unlimited fun based applications in no time. For all the game buffs, the Tablet ensures that you are delivered with exceptional gaming experience. Thanks to incorporated NVidia Tegra 3 Processor which makes sure you experience uninterrupted smoother functioning of your games and video playback.
Toshiba Tablet is designed quite differently from its earlier Tablet line ‘Thrive’ with PC like appearance and has been crafted as a tough contender against Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7. The tablet is given a metallic surface at the back with silver plastic casing overall but the metallic look isn’t going to add weightiness to the overall structure. With the weight of just 380 gms, it flaunts the sleek rounded frame from the corners which brings on a comfortable grip and gives it a better feel when held in hand.
On the front of the tablet is a front facing snapper of 2 MP which makes sure that you can enjoy calling your friends for video chatting. Or enjoy clicking some of the beautiful pictures using its 5MP rear camera with LED flash. While the camera can take 2592 x 1944 pixels pictures from the rear camera, it can also boast video recording of 720pixels. There are number of interfaces to ensure you ease of sharing data. Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275 Tablet comes in two versions – 16GB and 32GB where once can expand the internal storage to 32GB using in built memory card slot. You can connect to your social circle via Wi-Fi or GPRS connectivity and you can transfer your multimedia files using built-in Bluetooth.
