Renowned Mobile producing company Samsung unrevealed new touch based phone with enhanced features including 3G network connectivity. Samsung Galaxy Proclaim S720C mobile is a mid-range phone from Samsung which doesn’t support Android OS but has so many other appealing features for users.

Samsung Galaxy Proclaim S720C is given an elegance and class exteriorly with black finished look. The handset holds metallic framework on the edge line of the prototype which gives it an overall sturdy look.

The phone is neither too slim nor it is going to offend with its thickness of 11.6mm which is an average in various phones these days.  It is designed to weigh approx. 115g including battery which makes it highly pocket-able.

Galaxy Proclaim S720C is packed with 1GB internal storage. The internal capacity can be increased using microSD card slot which is incorporated in the phone to up to 32GB of space. The phone offers practically unlimited phonebook entries & calls record and also offers photo call phonebook feature.

At the rear side of the phone you’ll find a 3.15 Mega pixels snapper which can take 2048 x 1536 pixels images. There’s a dedicated physical camera button for your ease of image capturing and you can also record decent quality video using the main camera.

The phone isn’t equipped with front camera so you can’t conduct video calling/conferencing using 3G network.

Talking about the connectivity options, Samsung Galaxy Proclaim is little mediocre as it doesn’t support GPRS and EDGE connectivity. The phone supports internet connectivity using Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and also using Wi-Fi Hotspot.  The phone is also 3G supported which offers speed up to 3.1Mbps.

You can easily exchange various multimedia files through Bluetooth and you can make files transferring to your PC using MicroUSB V2.0 port.

The biggest flaw in Samsung Galaxy Proclaim S720C phone is that it supports only CDMA network service. It is also lacking GPRS and EDGE connectivity which is one of the easiest ways to get connected to internet without much of hassles.
