Nikon NIKKOR 16mm Fisheye Lens is a full frame lens with 180 degree fisheye coverage, ideal for any film camera with auto and manual focus. The camera is ideal for usage with Nikon FX, DX, 35mm film and FX in DX crop mode format SLR cameras. In DX format, the lens can only give 107 degree angle wide view.

Nikon fisheye lens is a metal structure with metal mount which is painted using tough-looking crinkle paint. The front integral hood is also metal construction but the lens caps and aperture ring are plastic. Focus ring is a ribbed rubber creation which gives metallic touch.

The lens is coated with super integrated coating from Nikon, which ensures minimum Flare and ghosts and high quality color balance in the pictures. It comes with four 39mm filters bayonet onto the back and a built-in lens hood.

Combining all this structure, the lens still weighs just 290 g, which make it remarkably light weight and easy to carry for your on-the-go needs.  It also offers you low noise photographs capturing experience with the mere sound of gentle clicking of Diaphragm blades and slight movements of few optical groups.

The Lens is 8 optics element construction in 5 groups. It comes with Close Range Correction feature which enhances focusing distances both at near and far shooting. The CRC system retains the sharpness of the shot while managing the focusing at close and far distance, using its floating elements.
