Motorola has launched a newly designed Flip smartphone to compete in the growing smartphone market.MotoSmart Flip XT611 is the new addition in the smartphone league, created and developed by Motorola Inc. USA.

As the name suggests, the structure of the phone is a flip construction with pocket friendly size and dual touch screen. Though for almost every application, you’ll have to un-flip the cover but the transparent touch screen cover won’t compel you to open and see whose calling or whose message is it.

Performance

MotoSmart flip XT 611 handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon single core Processor which clocks at 800MHz. The phone works on Android Gingerbread OS and Adreno200 GPU which provides speedy execution of your Android Applications.
You will never run out of speed and storage with 512MB RAM and similar ROM and there’s an availability of microSDHC card slot which can expand the internal memory up to 32GB.

The powerful lithium ion Battery of 1540mAh can provide you with continuous long hours of video and audio playback which may last up to 9hrs of talk time. Camera

MotoSmart Flip XT 611 Mobile integrates 5 Mega pixels rear camera with Auto Focus and LED Flash. For making video calls or shooting self-clicking images, there’s a VGA resolution Front Snapper with fixed focus but 4x digital zoom.
The rear camera can fetch the video recording of 480 pixels at maximum 20 frames per second. You can also apply geo-tagging on your images captured by the rear camera.

Connectivity

Motorola MotoSmart Flip XT611 Mobile can connect to 3G networks on GSM services using HSDPA 850 / 1900 and HSDPA 900 / 2100 frequency. The phone can also establish WLAN linking via Wi-Fi port and Wi-Fi hotspot. The phone supports Bluetooth connectivity and also has a MicroUSB 2.0 port for sharing and exchanging of data.

Cons

Disappointingly, the phone doesn’t have Radio Facility.
