HTC One V Review and Specification

HTC One V Review

One more addition in the smartphone line-up of HTC is HTC One V which is in the league of ‘One’ mobile – HTC One X and HTC One S. HTC One V do appears quite similar to them in the looks but there are some different features in it. Let’s check out more.
HTC One V unlike its sibling opted for simple Uni-body aluminum framework. The designing is sleek and stylish with the weight of 115gms – It feels amazing handling the handset with just 9.2mm thickness. All thanks to its curved chin design which makes it easy to hold even in this thin framing and it can be barely felt when kept in pocket. The phone is painted in metallic looks and chassis which provides it due durability.
While market is flooded with big screened phones, this HTC handset sports 3.7 inch screen of 400 x 800 pixels resolution and allows capacitive touch. Moving on the hardware specifications, HTC One V is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8255 single core processor which works at the speed of 1 GHz. Accompanying that is Adreno 205 graphics unit which along with 512 MB RAM and 4GB Internal memory makes sure your access of 3D gaming doesn’t get hampered and provide superior performance and high quality graphics experience. There’s an optional MicroSD card slot which helps expanding the storage capacity to 32GB. The phone is powered by Android 4.0 ICS with the additional HTC sense 4.0 alongside.
HTC One V incorporates impressive best-in-class camera of 5 MP with autofocus and smart LED Flash which can shoot every moment even in dim lights giving exceptional pictures. There’s a feature called BSI sensor which is specially included for perfect low light pictures. The camera can boast HD video recording of 720p and there’s a feature which can allow capturing images even in the midst of video recording. There’s no front camera so no chances of making video calls.
HTC One V mobile has patented Beats Audio application that brings in authentic, finely tuned music experience to all the music lovers. Plus with the incorporated music experience, a person can easily access music libraries, internet radio or favorite audio application instantaneously at one suitable position.
One of the main disadvantages of HTC One V is that it doesn’t incorporate Dual core processor which some of its competitors have. Other than that only 1GB out of 4GB Internal storage, is available to the user which is quite disappointing.

HTC One V Mobile Price in India – Rs. 18,199/- (Approx.)
